Yes, we take every precaution necessary to make sure your information is safe. When creating a Loyol Unlimited account, you will be prompted for two-factor authentication both when creating an account and when linking your bank account info to ensure security. We do not store any of your bank account information, we simply make the connection so that any qualifying purchases at businesses set up on the Loyol Unlimited rewards program are linked directly to your account. We use the same bank account connection method as many of the biggest apps currently on the market.
Changing your bank account info from within the Loyol Unlimited mobile app is easy. Simply click on the Profile section located on the top left of the Home page of the app. Once in your profile page, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Update Banking Info option. Follow the steps and your bank account information will be updated.
Due to the way bank account connections are set up, earnings may take anywhere from 24-72 hours to appear on your account. Your bank will need to clear your pending charge for the Loyol Rewards to be allotted. If you do not see earnings appearing on your account after this time, please contact support@loyol.com with any questions you may have.
Not all purchases at a business on the Loyol Unlimited rewards program may qualify for earnings. Each business has the ability to set up earning criteria, such as "only purchases over $10 earn a punch on a punch card program". Please review the business' earnings critera, located on the business' page within the Loyol Unlimited mobile app.
If your purchase did meet the earning criteria specified by the business, the transaction may not yet be logged. Due to the way bank account connections are set up, earnings may take anywhere from 24-72 hours to appear on your account. If you do not see earnings appearing on your account after this time, please contact support@loyol.com with any questions you may have.
Businesses can be set up one of two ways - as a punch card or a point store.
If you are redeeming a reward from a Loyol partner with a punch card, then the reward will automatically be in your "Rewards" section of the app when the card has been completed.
If you are trying to redeem a reward from a Loyol partner with a point store, you must first go to the business page and purchase the specific reward with your earned points. Once purchased, the reward will be in your "rewards" section of the app.
To finally redeem a reward that is in you "Rewards" page on the app. Simply show it to the business point of sale, and they will set the reward as redemed. To avoid confusion, do not redeem the reward yourself without the knowledge of the business point of sale.
If you accidentially redeemed a reward, there is a timestamp in the "Redeemed Rewards" section of the app that you can show the business point of sale. However, at this point, they are no longer obligated to honor the reward.
In order to redeem a discount sent to you by a business on the Loyol Unlimited rewards program, simply show the coupon that was sent to your account to the business within the timeframe that the coupon is valid. The business point of sale will redeem the coupon and honor the discount.
*NOTE: Redeemed coupons disappear forever. Do NOT redeem a coupon if the business point of sale is unaware.
