To get set up with Loyol Unlimited, simply fill out the business profile form or request a demo with one of our sales representatives to get a full comprehensive overview of Loyol. During the demo, our sales reps will walk you through the functionality of the Loyol Unlimited platform and it's features to give a better understanding for the right type of loyalty program for your specific business. Once the form is filled out, you will receive a business login email allowing you to login to your Loyol business portal to manage your Loyol profile.
SET UP BUSINESS INFORMATION
Once signed up with Loyol Unlimited, our account managers will reach out and walk you through the process of setting up your initial business information in our Business Portal. These are things like business name, hours, website, phone number, and address to ensure users have all the information they need when looking for your business in our mobile app. If you are internet and tech savvy, you can probably do this yourself. <3
CHOOSE YOUR LOYALTY PROGRAM
POINTS OR PUNCHES
Businesses have the option to either set up their loyalty reward program as a punch card or a point store. For punch cards, simply specify the criteria for qualifying transactions (ex. all transactions or only transactions over $10 result in a punch), the number of punches users must receive to earn a reward, and the reward users are earning towards. Point stores allow businesses to offer a number or rewards to users. Choose the rate at which users earn points (ex. $1 = 1 point or $10 = 1 point), the rewards users can earn towards, and the number of points necessary for each reward.
USERS BEGIN EARNING
Once your loyalty reward program has been set up, users will now automatically begin earning. Any purchase a user makes linked to their bank account at your business meeting the earning criteria specified in your loyalty reward program will automatically be earned on their account. This means no additional setup, hardware, or labor on your end. When users earn enough to redeem a reward, they simply show the reward and redeem in front of the business at checkout. Like a Groupon!
REACH OUT WITH DISCOUNT COUPONS
Directly target the users most likely to visit your business with our Loyol Unlimited digital coupons, offered through the Business Portal. These digital coupons are discounts sent to Loyol Unlimited users directly through the app or by push notification for a specified amount of time. Coupons can be targeted at users nearby, those who have visited the business before, or those meeting a number of other different targeting criteria.
TRACK & ANALYZE METRICS
Our business portal makes it easy to track and analyze your loyalty marketing efforts. View important performance metrics such as total revenue, number of users, number of transactions, and number of redemptions generated through the Loyol Unlimited platform.
